Shipping & delivery
Where We Ship
We currently ship anywhere within the United States via USPS Ground Advantage. If you’re outside the U.S. and would like to order, please reach out to us at malohnlavender@gmail.com before placing your order.
Processing Times
Orders are typically packed and shipped within 2–3 business days of purchase. During peak seasons or special launches, processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once packages leave our hands, they’re in the care of USPS. If your package is delayed or appears lost, please check your tracking number first. If you need further assistance, email us at malohnlavender@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help.
retuns & refunds
Our Policy
We want you to love your Malohn Lavender purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange.
Eligilibility
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Due to the personal nature of soaps and sachets, we can’t accept returns on opened or used products.
How to Start a Return
Email us at malohnlavender@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refund Timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
